Charly comes from a family of pharmacists and dispensers, and her very first work experience as a teenager was at her grandfather's pharmacy! Charly is an SEN teacher turned full-stack developer on a mission to use code for social good, volunteering as an instructor at Code First Girls and helping local community groups build websites.
John is a User Experience Designer with a background primarily in FinTech and education, having worked at Nutmeg, Zopa and most recently Zen Educate. His main focus at Zen Locum is building and owning a product that benefits both stores and locums.
Jono is an experienced product manager and customer experience designer. He ran UX and design at Nutmeg and has studied and taught design and strategy in the UK and San Francisco.
Keleigh is an expert at building smart processes and systems, having developed these skills from her roles in Education and Finance. In her everyday role, Keleigh provides locums with first-rate guidance and assistance, making their experience of working with Zen Locum as seamless as she can.
Kirsten comes to Zen Locum from a background in the recruitment sector, where her focus was building consultative partnerships with her candidates and clients. She supports our locums with all things Zen, from onboarding to finding work. She is passionate about people and enjoys developing new ways to improve the locum experience.
Lydia comes from a scientific background. She is an experienced Account Manager, supporting an array of healthcare professionals to grow their businesses. She prioritises relationship building and understanding the needs of her customers to provide the best possible service to pharmacies and opticians.
Michael's experience in Hospitality, Events and Marketing helped him to build skills in relationship building and problem solving. He loves achieving the best outcome possible for Zen’s customers and is always on the lookout to find ways to make our platform even better!
Michelle is accomplished in Business Development and Marketing from her previous experiences. At Zen, she strives to grow our pool of talented locums from sourcing through to onboarding. Michelle is always working hard to ensure our locums feel fully supported with Zen.
Priya joins us from Bain & Company where she solved strategic challenges for companies across a range of industries including healthcare. Priya spends her time ensuring Zen Locum makes it as easy as possible for stores and locums to find each other.

Terence is a Biomedical Science graduate. After university he gained strong pharmaceutical knowledge whilst working at Life Science recruitment company, Proclinical. Now Terence derives novel ways for pharmacies and opticians to find locums, looking to vastly improve the process with smart technology, without compromising on quality or service.
Zara comes from a marketing background, having studied it at university and previously worked within the marketing department for The Walt Disney Company. Zara now creates content to support locums and stores along their journey with Zen Locum.
